Crome, without all of Googles' spyware. It also supports Chrome addons, so really, there's no reason not to use it.

Also, you said FireFox was running sluggishly for you? Not a problem for me, there are far to many features missing in Chrome and I'm not having a spot of bother with FireFox, so I doubt I'll ever be switching.

People concerned with privacy can just switch off the privacy options. Those options are there for providing better user experience, but paranoid people may disable them.
