phpng looks promising !
- the changes related to php's internal hashtables and the way pointers are used -
If they are doing what i think they might be doing this could bring down that crazy ram usage on 64 bit platforms quite a lot -
and make a real difference for existing code right now!
That is what is getting me excited about phpng.


I just hope if there is any merger that promise of much more sensible ram usage on increasingly common 64bit platforma does not end up being left behind in those priorities!

If you mean PHPNG branch merge with the main branch, I am sure that will happen.

As for other features that Facebook Hack has, that may happen but it will take longer.
