This class can send API HTTP requests using PHP file_get_contents.

It can take as parameter options that define several aspects of sending an HTTP request to an API Web server, such as the HTTP method, request content data, and timeout period.

The class sends the HTTP request using the PHP file_get_contents function and returns the server response data returned by that function.
