DBMS MySQLi Fast: Perform common MySQL queries using MySQLi

This class can perform common MySQL queries using MySQLi.

It can connect to a MySQL database server using the MySQLi extension and performs several types of common database operations. Currently it can:

- Execute SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE from parameters that define tables, fields, field values and conditions
- Execute arbitrary queries
- Retrieve results as arrays
- Get the number of rows in a table that may match a condition
- Execute a SELECT query to retrieve a single row
- Search for table records that contain a given value in a given field
